Okay, Fanboys and Fangirls, here’s my take on the “Weigh In” usually scribed by my good buddy, Dana Place. Well, I’m not much of a writer but I’ll take a shot at this thing anyway. Here’s some stuff coming up that some of you might get a little bulge in the britches for while you others snicker and point at the nerds getting stiffies over some DVDs.

Dumb and Dumber (Unrated)
This updated release of the Farrelly brothers’ comedy classic includes 2 alternate endings and 9 deleted or alternate scenes! Maybe we’ll get to see if Lauren Holly’s carpet matches the drapes.

Snatch (Deluxe Edition)
Stop giggling and grow up, Man-Child. This movie’s one of my all-time favorite heist movies and features a quirky, hilarious portrayal of an Irish gypsy by the Aniston Ex, Brad Pitt. For the life of me though, I can’t figure out what makes this a deluxe edition except maybe some documentary stuff and easter eggs none of us will ever care about.

Wedding Crashers
Haven’t seen this one yet but I’m sure I’ll catch it on DVD with all the hype surrounding it and the $109 Million box office take can’t lie-- can it?

The Cave
This little “Xenomorphs-Gone-Spelunking” monster fest has to be an edge-of-your-seat snoozer considering how much footage they showed us in the 15 million spoiler trailers aired on television. So, see or miss it-- I don’t really think it’ll matter.

Alien Nation (The Complete Series)
I’m surprised it took as long as it did getting this out on DVD but I’m sure it was much more important to get out that box-set of “Hart to Hart-- Season One”. So buy it, pop it in, and kick back with some sour milk.
