Plot: Green Arrow, with the help of Black Lightning
is tracking Dr. Light through the city in order to stop his
next nefarious plot.
Review: Admittedly, I don’t read Green Arrow, but I
am little confused by the reason why he is in a homosexual
relationship with Black Lightning, and what exactly that has
to so with crime fighting. I say this only because they
spend most of the issue arguing like an old married couple.
Dr. Light started a little trouble, and there is a nice
surprise leading into the next issue, but it is mostly just
the two of them bickering having a lover’s spat.
