Review: I was a little skeptical about this film.
It’s one of those films that has a great cast and an
interesting trailer, but I knew nothing about it. I don’t
believe it did very good at the theater so it lowered my
expectations. To my surprise I was very pleased with what I
saw.
This film is similar to Pulp Fiction with the twist and
turns. As you watch it, you never truly know what’s
happening or why. Once you finally find out, it’s all worth
it. The characters are all interesting and colorful.
Everyone in this film gave a great performance and carried
this movie as a whole, which is what’s supposed to happen in
an ensemble cast, but very rarely does. The story is
original and keeps your attention from the beginning. It
isn’t a complicated story, but has enough twists and turns
to make it enjoyable. I really enjoyed this film and wish
there were more like it.
