Plot: Seven feet tall. Four hundred pounds. A rusty steel
plate screwed into his skull and razor-sharp fingernails
that pluck out his victims’ eyes. Reclusive psychopath Jacob
Goodnight is holed up in the long-abandoned and rotting
Blackwell Hotel, alone with his nightmares until eight petty
criminals show up for community service duty along with the
cop who put a bullet in Jacob’s head four years ago. When
one of their own is kidnapped by the killer and her fate

indestructible force of nature with a violent score to
settle.
Review: When I heard Kane from WWE wrestling was making a
movie, I didn’t expect much. I haven’t been a wrestling fan
for some time, but I was always a big fan of Kane. He used
to come out destroy people and leave. Not a lot of talking
or drama, just destruction. When I finally saw the trailer
for this movie I actually thought it looked kind of cool and
wanted to see it.
Let me start by saying this is a part made for Kane. He
comes across in this movie the way I imagine his wrestling
characters outside ring life would be. (based on the
storyline they use) Kane’s performance was actually pretty
good. He has pretty much no lines, so he has to sell the
character’s emotions strictly through facial expressions.
Watching him, you feel his torment and hate. As for the
movie itself, it’s nothing real special. The story is
average and all the performances are pretty much what you
expect from a B rate horror film. Overall I enjoyed the
film, but there was nothing real special. If you’re a WWE
fan you will probably enjoy it.
