Plot: A "cure" for mutancy threatens to alter the course of history. For the first time, mutants have a choice: retain their uniqueness, though it isolates and alienates them, or give up their powers and become human. The opposing viewpoints of mutant leaders Charles Xavier, who preaches tolerance, and Magneto, who believes in the survival of the fittest, are put to the ultimate test--triggering the war to end all wars.

Review: I am a huge comic fan and loved the first two X-men films. I was somewhat concerned with some of the casting and the director change on this one. I decided to not think about it and just give it a chance and I am glad I did.

I really liked this sequel to a sequel. I thought the story was great and all the characters were well portrayed. I was somewhat worried about the decision of having Beast and the casting of Kelsey Grammer. I wasn’t sure they could pull this off in a live action film, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Kelsey was good and the make was decent. My biggest joy was seeing Juggernaut brought to life by the great Vinnie Jones. I think he was the perfect choice and pulled it off well, I just there had been more of him. I want to give props to Brett Ratner for making this a fan boys dream. This movie is full of cameos by other mutant characters and comic scenes. I was glad to finally see Iceman and Colossus get their day. My biggest beef was the inclusion of Angel. He was completely pointless in this movie. I thought he was cool and done very well, but was wasted. His character was not needed and they could have just created a different mutant for the same part. I know they claim this is the last X-men movie, but I hope they decide to move forward and let the younger mutants move into the spotlight. There are so many characters to use; it would be a shame to end it.
